Nathalie Emmanuel was born on Southend-on-Sea situated in Essex, England to parents who were of Saint Lucian, English and Dominican descent. The same year, she played computer hacker Ramsey in the action film Furious 7 (2015) and Harriet in the sci-fi sequel Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015). FHM magazine placed Emmanuel at 99th in its 100 Sexiest women of the year 2013. In April 2015, Emmanuel appeared in InStyle magazine and GQ.
